This is the Enterprise closest to home. I have always received excellent customer service here. They go above and beyond to make sure to keep me as a valued customer. It is really rare to find a place that places the customer's long-term patronage and value over just being a money-making place. I have used them for years, and am a gold member, and will continue to use them for all of my rental needs. I have had to travel due to family illness and I use Enterprise wherever I go because McLoughlin started me off on such a good note. My experiences at Enterprise across the board are excellent.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and fun during my whole experience. I really enjoyed working with James, Morgan, and Cameron. They also followed up with me and made sure that I received everything purchased including floor mats and a spare set of keys. They were everything from big picture down to the smallest detail. I never felt pressured as well! I loved it! I would highly recommend to anyone. It's a great way to get a practically new car at a bargain/fair price and know that there are zero issues with it. How can you go wrong with that? I also got an amazing trade in deal on my previous car, which helped toward this purchase and took that car off my hands. Woo hoo!
I've never purchased a "new" car before and going into it, I was a very hesitant. I was pre-approved for a loan prior to going into Enterprise and I knew which one I wanted to look at. Everyone that helped me was friendly and extremely helpful during the entire process. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do anything or purchase anything I wasn't interested in. I was surprised how smooth the process was. Overall, I had a great first time experience and would recommend it to everyone who is afraid of stereotypical car sales men (like me). I love my new Corolla and am so happy with my purchase!
