Worst experience ever. I bought the Premier car wash since it was supposedly their best wash. My car came out dirtier from the wash than it was before I washed it. How does that even work?! Never going there again and definitely recommending people stay away from this place.
Enter at your own RISK! My girlfriend took her car through and the car wash brushes nearly tore the rear spoiler off of her car. We contacted the owner and he played cat and mouse with us for over a week before he called back. (i threatened to park my truck in the car wash lane till he did). He set up a time to have us bring the car by so he could look at it. He said he got caught in traffic and couldnt make it. So he offered to come by her work and look at it. We don't know if he actually showed up or not. He txt and said he did. Now he is ignoring our calls again. We are just going to turn it in to insurance and let them deal with him. Real shady business owner. From the reviews on Yelp and other sites the car wash is pretty run down.
Just be aware that should anything happen to your vehicle this guy isn't going to do the right thing and work with you. He just hides.
The people at Purdy's are excellent. They work hard and treat you right. They're easy to work with and they are flexible enough to work around my schedule to get my detail done for when I need it. Always drive away loving the way my car looks.
When are they closing?
I heard they are closing soon, moving across the street where they'll offer car washing by hand/ self serve and car detailing services. Does anyone know when this is taking place?
Good staff, simple yet effective car wash. I miss the car cleaning wipes they used to give you for a quick once over your interior with the Premier wash. They could update their vacuum machines though, or at least service them better. I feel like they are often malfunctioning and don't suck up as much as they should.
