After doing some major damage to my RV in California 3 weeks ago, I've been steady trying to find a detail company in California or Oregon, to buff out tree limb marks that went deep into the clear coat. I have a 45 ft Monaco Dynasty RV, and even went to the factory in Oregon for help and they looked at me like I had 2 heads-- they said there was no way for those scratches could be removed. Finally, when I stopped in Troutdale, I found " A perfect detail" and their name does little to describe how EXCELLENT they are. Alan, the owner of the company, dropped everything to come out and see me, had a team of 3 of the nicest, most professional, courteous guys to wash, wax, buff, and then touch up the paint on my motorhome. The marks are gone, and I SWEAR it sparkles. I had the whole motorhome park come out and admire their work, and how incredible the motorhome looked. SHOWROOM QUALITY! I can't speak enough about this company and how appreciative I was, not only for their attention to detail, but also for how they treated me-- like I was the most important client on their list. Alan is a very PROUD service oriented owner to say the least. GREAT JOB!
