We just got two free rentals tonight (earned with a punch card + special). I love this place. A tasty ice cream stand and video rental place all in one. There are comfy chairs and tables, couches, a movie playing... It even has an area with toys and a kid sized-table, so the kids don't get bored while you peruse the movie selections. Of course they have candy and popcorn to buy with your movie rental, too.
I like to hang out here. The sofas and table settings are relaxing for enjoying a snack, reading my mail, or visiting with other patrons.
I restarted visiting the store after being out of the area.. I was surprised to find they still had my name in the system after almost 20 years☺..I want to say I am very happy your location is still here. It is nice to visit a neighborhood family establishment.. sometimes newer employees are not as personal as regular customers expect. But I have faith that they will become accustomed to the type of service expected as they develop relationships with the customers. we as customers need to encourage the type of service we want by treating the employee so with respect and kindness.
