Very good store. Regular visits mske it easier to find things
If the store is still open someone should be be picking up the phone. Tried calling before the store closed but still late in the day and got a recording that no one would be able to help me and the store was already closed. I think the stores great this is obviously a corporate decision but it still hurts the store. My question could've easily been answered by the tendon and if the stores open in the phone should be picked up.
I've been to this lowe's quite a few times because they had stuff in stock that was not in stock in other stores so I called over here and had them hold it. Three times it went great the last time the item was not actually in stock. It was not their fault do it could have been stolen or an inventory error. They were helpful in trying to find the product but had to end up waiting till they got restocked.
Horrible experience. There was barely any customer service, and most were not useful. I was told by two different staff members where to find wire cutters and they were both wrong. Perry in the garden section was the most useful but discouraged me from buying a garden gate, because he said that I couldn't return it if it wasn't the right fit. At the end of my two hour experience there the cashier said that she could not pull up my My Lowe's account, even though I could see my name and address on the screen, and didn't even attempt to correct the situation! I just recently bought a washer and dryer there and had a similar experience with delivery dates. Please go to a different Lowe's.
Terrible on-line product order service. They said they will notify me when your product has been shipped so you can track it. They never do. The product I ordered came in 4 days late of the estimated date. The lady at the customer service argued with me. She said they don't let the customer notification and tracking order when it is being ship at the store for pick-up. But the emailed I received says they will notify me and give me tracking number to track my order.. No customer service at all. She try to blame me...terrible experience.
