This funeral home came and took our loved one away, but THEN THEY LOST THE BODY. Yes, really. They told us they had no paperwork of the body and that they did not have her. I am completely and utterly dismayed! They offered no explaination and said that we would have to call back!
You lost my grandmother. She was picked up last night and we were told she was taken to your chapel but when we called today we were told you had no paperwork on her. If you find her please give us a call!
