I had a 1 day free rental with plus points . The pickup and vehicle worked out great. But the office was short handed at drop off and I had to wait quite a while for a ride to my destination. It would have been quicker to walk.
When given a choice, I always pick Enterprise. What I like most is how consistent they are with their top-notch customer service at every location. I had to rent from the Gladstone location this past Labor Day because I only needed it from Friday through Sunday and this location was the only one nearby open on Sunday. It was my first experience at this location and I was completely happy with my experience. In usual fashion, they took good care of me and got me in and out of there in a jiffy. Great job!
We have rented 5 vehicles from this location in the past 2 years or so. 3 of 5 have been filthy in and out at which time we have had to have them quickly clean it. This last rental the vehicle had food wrappers, food, spills on the inside and smelled of cigarettes. The outside still had dirt and bugs on the windshield--we reserved this vehicle 2 weeks prior. No time to wait around for it to be properly cleaned. Staff is very nice, but overworked and just do not have the support or equipment to properly serve customers pr wash vehicles. Suggest renting from airport location only.
I have a little electric car and needed to go up to Seattle, so car rental it was! Got a nice big van so I could put a wheelchair in the back. Worked great no issues and was fun to drive. The rental was a little spendy but not crazy.
I've always been happy and satisfied with them! Definitely the only car rental place I will use.
